General Information

- Cabins are fully self contained with air conditioning, washing machine and heating
- Linen is provided on all beds in accommodation
- Kitchens are spacious and fully equipped with cooking utensiles and crockery/cutlery
- All cabins have fixed electric BBQs
- Infant cots & high chairs are available on request when making your booking
- No pets are permitted on the Park
- One car per cabin is permitted, unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
Bookings

- A minimum of the non-refundable deposit ($100) is required at the time of booking.
- 50% of the booking must be paid 3 months prior to arrival for all high season bookings
- The balance MUST be paid on arrival for ALL bookings
- Visa & Mastercard are accepted
- Refunds will only be issued (excluding the non refundable deposit) if a reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival during high season or at least 14 days prior to arrival during low season via written notice
- Bookings can not be made for specific cabins, however, Management will endeavour to accommodate guests requirements where possible
- Note: Minimum booking periods do apply during high seasons

Risk Warning
Kiama Municipal Council and Park Management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002 in, on or near the Park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in personal injury and/or property loss. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.
Warning - Living with Trees
Trees are living things and have a natural life span. Kiama Municipal Council and Park Management accept no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by falling limbs or trees, so please ensure you have appropriate property insurance to protect your assets.
