Tourist Fee Information & Rules

  • Internet Charges (per device):
    • First device - FREE
    • Each device thereafter is $5 per device per stay
  • Key Deposit - $20 deposit on Amenities Block
  • Linen is provided to beds and bunks in all ensuite Cabins
  • No pets allowed during school holidays. Other times only on a lead and droppings collected and disposed of properly.
  • No pets permitted in, on or around on-site accommodation at any time.
  • One car per site is permitted, unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to arrival

Booking Information

  • A minimum of the non-refundable deposit ($100 for on-site accommodation, $50 for sites) is required at the time of booking
  • 50% of booking must be paid 3 months prior to arrival for all bookings
  • The balance MUST be paid on arrival for ALL bookings
  • All major credit cards (except Diners and AMEX), cash and Eftpos accepted
  • Deposit refunds will only be issued (excluding the non-refundable portion) if a reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival during high season or at least 14 days prior to arrival during shoulder and low seasons via written notice
  • Bookings can not be made for specific sites or on-site accommodation, however, Management will endeavour to accommodate guests requirements
  • Note: Minimum booking periods do apply
  • No refunds available for early departure
  • Note: Tariffs & Conditions subject to change without notice
  • Minimum 2 night pre-booking requirement at all times
  • Minimum 7 night pre-booking requirement for all School Holiday periods. Seniors receive a 10% for accommodation and sites, but not applicable during High Season, School Holidays, Weekends or for Heavenly Heights.

Risk Warning
Kiama Municipal Council and Park Management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002 in, on or near the Park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in personal injury and/or property loss. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.

Warning – Living with Trees
Trees are living things and have a natural life span. Kiama Municipal Council and Park Management accept no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by falling limbs or trees, so please ensure you have appropriate property insurance to protect your assets.
