  • Linen is provided to all beds
  • Only 15 amp leads and plugs are to be used
  • No animals or pets allowed on or around on-site accommodation
  • Gas bottles must comply with regulations eg. in date
  • The speed limit in the Parks is walking pace only (8kph)
  • All guests must refer to the Traffic Control Plan
  • One car per site is permitted, unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to arrival
  • Patrons are requested to notify the Park Manager of an injury or accident sustained in the Park before departure
  • No open fires or fireworks are permitted at any time unless authorised by the Park Manager
  • Children are not to play in the amenities or laundry blocks
  • Push bikes must not be ridden after sunset.
  • Push bikes, roller skates/blades, scooters and skateboards are not be ridden in or around the aenities. Speed limit must be adhered to, and safety headwear worn at all times
  • Children under 7 are not permitted in the showers/toilets unless accompanied by an adult
  • No bookings will be permitted to children under 18 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children in the Park
  • Patrons are responsible for the conduct of their guests
  • Undue noise is not permitted at any time after 10.30pm or in early daylight hours

Booking Information

  • A minimum of the non-refundable deposit ($100 for on-site accommdation, $50 for sites) is required at the time of booking, except in the case where the tariff is less than the required non-refundable deposit. In this case the deposit amount taken is non-refundable.
  • 50% of booking must be paid 3 months prior to arrival for all high season bookings
  • The balance MUST be paid on arrival for ALL bookings
  • All major credit cards (except Diners and AMEX), cash and Eftpos accepted
  • Refunds will only be issued (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if a reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival during high season or at least 14 days prior to arrival during low season via written notice
  • Bookings can not be made for specific sites or on-site accommodation, however, Management will endeavour to accommodate guests requirements
  • Note: Minimum booking periods do apply during High Season and some weekends

Risk Warning
Kiama Municipal Council and Park Management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002 in, on or near the Park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in personal injury and/or property loss. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.

Warning – Living with Trees
Trees are living things and have a natural life span. Kiama Municipal Council and Park Management accept no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by falling limbs or trees, so please ensure you have appropriate property insurance to protect your assets.
